Firmware Notice: Firmware Version 1.2.0 for the Wireless File Transmitter WFT-E7

• Support has been added for the EOS 5Ds / EOS 5Ds R.

Please note that an interface cable is required in order to update the WFT-E7 to Firmware Version 1.2.0.

Connection Requirements:
In order to connect the Canon WFT-E7 with the Canon EOS 5Ds / EOS 5Ds R the following items are needed:

  * Product names (WFT-E7 A/B/C/D/E) vary according to region

Support
If your Wireless File Transmitter’s firmware is already version 1.2.0 or later, it is not necessary to update the firmware. When updating your Wireless Transmitter’s firmware, please review the instructions thoroughly before you update the firmware.
