Firmware Notice: To Owners of the EOS 5DS / EOS 5DS R Digital SLR Cameras

Regarding the EOS 5DS / EOS 5DS R digital SLR camera, we are planning to release Firmware Version 1.1.0 for download from the Web in order to enhance the functions.

Phenomenon
We are planning to incorporate the following change to enhance functions.

• Wi-Fi adapter W-E1 will be supported.

Affected Products
EOS 5DS / EOS 5DS R Digital SLR camera.
* The firmware of cameras with Firmware Version 1.0.0 or earlier should be updated.

Support
We are planning to release the firmware in early November 2016.
