Phenomenon
In some cases, one part (at the bottom) of still images recorded on CFast cards manufactured by SanDisk Corporation is abnormal. This phenomenon has been confirmed during both RAW and JPEG recording.
The following cards are affected. The “xxx” at the end of the puroduct number varies depending on the sales region.

- SanDisk Extreme PRO CFast2.0 128GB (SDCFSP-128G-xxx)
- SanDisk Extreme PRO CFast2.0 64GB (SDCFSP-064G-xxxA)

- SanDisk Extreme PRO CFast2.0 64GB (SDCFSP-064G-xxxB)

It has been confirmed that CFast cards manufactured by SanDisk Corporation are affected by certain issues. We will release countermeasure firmware for the camera at the end of June. We would like to apologize for the inconvenience that this issue has caused, and we kindly request that customers refrain from using CFast cards manufactured by SanDisk Corporation when shooting still images until support measures have been clarified.
