Cost Management

This standard feature helps prevent unauthorized access to sensitive information. The standard HDD Encryption function, which has been updated to obtain FIPS 140-2 validation, allows the device to automatically encrypt the data stored on the main unit's HDD to help limit unauthorized access to internal data. For more robust tracking and access controls, the imageRUNNER ADVANCE C7580i model is compatible with additional standard and optional security features based on the administrators' needs.
* ULM is not pre-installed in 230V modelsDevice and Fleet Management Efficiency

Installing and managing networked devices with the third generation imageRUNNER ADVANCE platform is simple with device management tools that allow administrators to distribute settings across a fleet. Administrators can also check status of consumables, capture meter readings, and manage address books and Canon drivers from a centralized, remote location. The imageRUNNER ADVANCE C7580i model supports standard genuine Adobe® PostScript® and PCL® for integration with many enterprise applications and legacy systems.
* PS is standard for 120V models only.
Quality and Reliability
Canon's imageRUNNER ADVANCE C7580i device can provide businesses with quality output designed to meet the needs of high-volume workplaces and demanding color environments.
