Canon introduced the best office solutions: the new imageRUNNER ADVANCE C9200 PRO and imageRUNNER ADVANCE C7200

Lima, July 2013 (AVANT GARDE RP) Canon introduced its two latest MFPs Series: imageRUNNER ADVANCE C92000 PRO, aimed at boosting the performance of large volume office environments and light production environments; and imageRUNNER ADVANCE C7200, specifically aimed at improving productivity in large volume offices.

With both series of imageRUNNER ADVANCE C9200 PRO and imageRUNNER ADVANCE C7200, processes integrate seamlessly to achieve greater efficiency and new levels of productivity.

 

This new series allows for workflow automation. Tasks that involve several steps can now be completed in just one; cloud printing and mobile applications offer flexibility to work from anywhere and the capability to connect to other devices and solutions improves functionality.

 

Canon's new series of MFPs enables document distribution of scanned documents to different destinations, such as email, fax and network folders, all in just one step. In addition, B&W and Color documents can be scanned and converted directly to Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint or searchable PDF.

Both imageRUNNER ADVANCE C9200 PRO and imageRUNNER ADVANCE C7200 series have multi-level solutions that protect your private data and enhance security performance. Users are able to print from anywhere within the network to any supported device by access authentication.

 

Canon’s device management tools will help you, every step of the way, in keeping control of your resources and data, whether from your desktop or from the cloud. Easily install and replace devices, migrate settings and data to new devices and distribute applications and settings throughout the network.

 

Eco-Conscious Solutions.:

Both imageRUNNER ADVANCE C9200 PRO and imageRUNNER ADVANCE C7200 Series contribute to ecological preservation and minimization of environmental impact. By viewing documents using the preview option, changes can be made prior to printing, thus helping to reduce the use of both paper and toner. It is also energy-efficient, in compliance with ENERGY STAR® guidelines.

 

The design of these models employs certain components fabricated with 100% recycled plastics from retired products. Canon's innovative eco-technologies also include bio-based plastic, a plant-derived compound that replaces certain petroleum-based plastic parts.
