Canon launches the imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3300 series

The imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3300 Series is based on a clean-sheet design that will lead to achieve a new level of reliability, easy maintenance, and high quality color within a small footprint.

Melville, N.Y., June, 16 2015 - Canon USA, Inc. - Latin America Group, a leader in digital imaging solutions, announced the launch of new imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3300 Series. The imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3300 Series models are based on the imageRUNNER ADVANCE platform and designed to be the core of digital business communications where imaging technology, cloud connectivity, and mobile solutions seamlessly converge.

The imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3330i and C3325i are compact, powerful and ideal options for small environments. Allow easy handling of tasks ranging from the printing of envelopes to paper size 12 "x 18". They reach print and copy speeds up to 30 ppm. The new internal finishing option offers stapling of up to 50 sheets and  the Staple-Free Staple feature  that binds up to 4 sheets of paper together without the use of metal staples.

The imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3300 series offers maximum productivity thanks to its variety of intelligent functions. Paper documents can be scanned and converted into easily editable formats, including Microsoft® Word, PowerPoint® or Adobe® PDF. This series provides access to information directly from certain applications in the cloud, support printing and scanning from Apple® or Android® mobile devices.

The efficient design of the iR ADV C3300 Series helps achieve a low cost per page and low total cost of ownership. The control panel features full-range tilt, allowing the user to have a perfect display in a variety of angles. The printer also has a LED reminder and a transparent tray to remind users to pick up the originals. This series also features soft close paper drawers a catch mechanism to prevent the abrupt closure and a second tray that can feed envelopes as standard.

A number of improvements have been made to the product design, parts and consumables that help contribute to low costs and overall profitability. Some examples include a lighter weight product design for low shipping costs, a faster installation contributing to less labor time during setup, high yield parts and consumables, and the implementation of Canon’s Less Maintenance design that can contribute to lower labor costs.
